Waterbirth Pool now available for use |
 The Gentle Birth Pool was specifically designed by two waterbirth dads as a portable immersion pool. Their greatest design goal was the comfort of laboring mothers. Unlike shallow bath tubs or kiddie pools, the Gentle Birth Pool was designed with high walls which create enough depth for mom to achieve buoyancy. A generous 5 foot diameter makes this pool wide enough for easy position changes, and provides plenty of space for laboring mom and a partner. Padding on the floor and walls, in addition to our removable comfort rims, provide extra cushion. Built-in heaters maintain the water at a temperature that is comfortable for mom and safe for baby. |
